Registration Process

Step 1

Send an email to [email protected] telling us your motivation to join us and for how long and what roles you have been dancing.

Step 2

Brigitta will provide you with a link to the registration form to fill in all the details of the reservation, such as personal information, type of room occupancy (double or single), check-in and check-out dates.

Step 3

Upon receiving your registration form, Ljuba will confirm all the details and send you an invoice for the first installment (25% of the total fee). Kindly pay the invoice within 5 business days to reserve your spot.

Step 4

You will receive a second invoice in mid-October in the amount of the final balance (75%). The due date will be November 1, 2023. 

As an additional option, you can pay in full at the time of registration.

 

Cancellation Policy

Credit for future events may be granted IF we find someone to take your place.

Since we are contracting with a hotel, our payment obligations are strict. That gives us less leeway to refund your money in case you need to cancel your participation.

Before Nov. 1, 2023, you will be issued a full refund for all the balances paid, less a $95 administration fee and any credit card fees that we incur (usually 3-4%).

Between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31, 2023, you will be issued a 50% refund for all the balances paid, less a $95 administration fee and any credit card fees that we incur.

Between Jan. 1 and 31, 2024, you will be issued a 25% refund for all the balances paid, less a $95 administration fee and any credit card fees that we incur.

As of Feb. 01, 2024, we will not be able to process cancellations.
