Tango Mujeres 2025 - PRICING

Retreat Package Includes:

7-Day Workshop with 40 hours of program:
- somatic morning sessions with integration into Tango
- afternoon Tango classes
- evening Milongas
- space to practice on your own

7 Nights at Krystal Grand, Feb. 23 to March 3, including:

accommodation
ALL meals
ALL alcoholic beverages
access to BOTH the resort and Hacienda section of the resort.

The retreat starts on Sunday, Feb. 23, in the evening. The last Tango activity is on Saturday night, March 2.

Early-Bird pricing is available until June 30, 2024. Package prices increase by $100 on July 1, 2024. There will be another increase of $100 starting September 15, 2024.

3.8% surcharge is applied to payments with credit cards. To avoid this, you can use the bill pay service of your bank or send us a check.

Extended Stay Options
You can extend your stay for up to 2 days before and/or 2 days after the event at the special price for your room category. You will be charged for extra nights when you check in at the hotel.

REGISTRATION

Upon receiving your registration form, we will confirm all the details and send you an invoice for the first installment (25% of the total fee). Kindly pay the invoice within 5 business days to reserve your spot.

You will receive a second invoice in mid-October in the amount of the final balance (75%). The due date will be November 1, 2024.

Of course, there is always the option to pay in full.

Cancellation Policy

Credit for future events may be granted IF we find someone to take your place.

Since we are contracting with a hotel, our payment obligations are strict. That gives us less leeway to refund your money in case you need to cancel your participation.

Before Nov. 1, 2024, you will be issued a full refund for all the balances paid, less a $95 administration fee and any credit card fees that we incurred.

Between Nov. 1 and Dec. 20, 2024, you will be issued a 50% refund for all the balances paid less a $95 administration fee and any credit card fees that we incurred.

Between Dec. 21, 2024 and Jan. 20, 2025, you will be issued a 25% refund for all the balances paid less a $95 administration fee and any credit card fees that we incurred.
